Our policies are valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of merchandise that are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (where applicable)

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift commensurate with the value of the return
Credits. A gift voucher will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to himself to give to you later, a refund will be sent to the gift giver who will find your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
