SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below: Time frame for order delivery: Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Most US orders are shipped by e-packet which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. If more than 45 days have passed and you still haven't received your order, please email us at yrhandlock@outlook.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary. Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances: 1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information; 2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war; 3. Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen; 4. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Yrhand's control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES We only replace items if they are defective and within 7 days of purchase. Please provide picture or video proof that the unit arrived damaged for verification to yrhandlock@outlook.com. If our engineers conclude that the item was defective due to customer error, an exchange will not be possible. However, if the product was deemed defective upon arrival, you may request to exchange the defective unit for the same item. Please send us an email at yrhandlock@outlook.com to request approval. Shipping Returns If you purchased a Yrhand product and were not able to accept delivery for the product and the product was returned to us, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item back to you. However, we will not make you pay any restocking fee. Cancellations We can cancel your order without any fees* if your request is within 24 hour from the point of placing the order. If more than 24 hours has elapsed, then there will be a 20% restocking fee to be deducted from your refund. *If the order has been shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order. Refunds If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days excluding 1-5 day processing), you can request a refund or a reshipment. *You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.     Answer: The front ahndle with code has very good waterproof rubber which can resist rain, but the lock is not completely waterproof, which against splashing water is ok.

    Answer: (Open the metal cover) Long press the boot key on the back panel and enter "000#"

    Questions 3 Can it connect with Google Home and Alexa?
    Answer: Yes, it can connect with Google Home and Alexa, but you need to order it with our gateway so that it can work.

    Question 4: can i use with power bank in emergency the power is dead?
    Answer: Yes, there is an external power supply interface, which you can charge it by power bank when the batteries run out.
