Question 1. Is the lock rain proof?
Answer: The front ahndle with code has very good waterproof rubber which can resist rain, but the lock is not completely waterproof, which against splashing water is ok.
Questions 2: How can I reset to factory setting?
Answer: (Open the metal cover) Long press the boot key on the back panel and enter "000#"
Questions 3 Can it connect with Google Home and Alexa?
Answer: Yes, it can connect with Google Home and Alexa, but you need to order it with our gateway so that it can work.
Question 4: can i use with power bank in emergency the power is dead?
Answer: Yes, there is an external power supply interface, which you can charge it by power bank when the batteries run out.
